Role summary
Johnson & Johnson Med Tech seeks a Director of End-to-End Planning to lead global integrated business planning processes and materials management for the Mentor business. The role requires ownership of IBP strategy, demand-supply planning, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial and supply chain leadership.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of related supply chain, planning, or operations experience
- Strong planning process knowledge and proficiency with planning systems and reporting
- Ability to influence at director and VP levels across supply chain, commercial, and matrix environments
- Demonstrated capability leading complexity across broad product portfolios
- Experience with STEM, S&OP processes, and JDE systems preferred
- Experience working in regulated environments preferred
What you'll be doing
- Own and lead global Integrated Business Planning process for Mentor business with senior management
- Manage global service review meetings to communicate risks, actions, and escalations to supply chain leadership
- Oversee materials and supplier management for finished goods, raw materials, and components with governance protocols
- Develop long-term demand and supply strategy for key product portfolios in partnership with marketing and product management
- Drive planning process maturity improvements and identify opportunities for operational enhancements
