Role summary
Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Director of Drug Safety to lead pharmacovigilance and safety strategy for targeted protein degradation therapies in clinical development. The role combines medical expertise in aggregate safety analysis, regulatory documentation, and benefit–risk assessment with cross-functional leadership in a growing biotechnology environment.

- MD, DO, PharmD, or equivalent advanced clinical/scientific degree
- 5–10 years of pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience in pharma or biotech
- Expertise in aggregate safety analysis and benefit–risk evaluation
- Knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA)
- Experience with signal detection tools and safety surveillance databases
- Clinical experience in early-stage development preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead aggregate safety data analysis for signal detection, evaluation, and risk characterization
- Author and review regulatory safety documents including DSURs, INDs, and briefing books
- Conduct medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports and safety data interpretation
- Serve as medical safety lead for assigned products and participate in safety governance committees
- Collaborate with clinical development, regulatory, and medical affairs on global safety strategy
CompensationNon-MD $247,300–$280,400; MD $295,000–$317,100
