Role summary
Director-level role leading diagnostic partnership initiatives within the Oncology Business Unit. Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing external diagnostic partnerships to advance the Global Diagnostics mission and ensure patient access to testing solutions.

- Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (Masters, MBA, MSc or above)
- Experience in contracting, business development, strategy, consulting, or pharma/diagnostic partnerships
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and diagnostic company operations and processes
- Understanding of scientific, commercial, and financial evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in governance procedures, deal structures, and due diligence processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information from complex datasets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; financial literacy and numeracy
What you'll be doing
- Align diagnostic projects with business requirements, managing cost, quality, and timeline constraints
- Develop and maintain relationships with external diagnostic partners and prospective partners
- Own deal processes, lead negotiation and contracting activities with cross-functional collaboration
- Evaluate diagnostic partnering opportunities through thorough due diligence and objective assessment
- Present partnership opportunities to oncology business leadership and report on project outcomes
