Role summary
Director of Commercial Operations for a biopharmaceutical testing organization. Responsible for sales operations, revenue forecasting, compensation administration, and CRM governance supporting a large commercial team. Reports to VP of Business Development in Lancaster, PA (hybrid role).

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, or business planning
- Experience supporting commercial organizations with 40+ sales professionals
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, sales compensation, performance analytics
- Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
What you'll be doing
- Develop executive dashboards and deliver recurring business reviews on revenue, pipeline, and sales productivity
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and develop predictive models for growth planning
- Administer commercial incentive compensation programs and manage commission calculations and disputes
- Define opportunity management standards, enforce pipeline governance, and drive CRM adoption across sales organization
- Conduct sales productivity and territory analyses; support acquisition integration activities
