Role summary
Amgen seeks a Director of Commercial Analytics to lead analytics strategy for TEPEZZA in the U.S., manage a team of analysts, and deliver data-driven insights to accelerate business growth and inform commercial decision-making across the organization.

- Doctorate degree plus 4 years analytics/reporting experience, OR Master's degree plus 8 years, OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years
- At least 4 years direct people management or team leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, VBA, and Python for complex data analysis
- Deep pharmaceutical business analytics knowledge and commercial acumen
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, marketing, finance, and IT
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable executive-level insights
- Experience designing dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor high-performing analytics team while driving performance and talent development
- Develop and execute analytics strategy aligned with TEPEZZA business goals and growth acceleration
- Oversee secondary analytics, National/Subnational insights, and KPI measurement framework development
- Identify business risks, opportunities, and growth drivers; provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, marketing/field leaders, and cross-functional teams
