Role summary
Abbott seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Research to lead strategic planning and execution of clinical research programs for Lingo, its biowearables division. The role involves overseeing internal and external studies, managing clinical research teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

- Direct design, planning, development, monitoring and execution of all clinical research activities
- Manage clinical study team including Clinical Research Associates and Study Assistants with guidance and professional development
- Evaluate and interpret clinical research data for timely and accurate analysis
- Develop clinical trial protocols, reports, brochures and negotiate site agreements
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including regulatory agencies and Key Opinion Leaders
