- Provide leadership and therapeutic direction for international clinical trials spanning Phase I through IV across multiple indications
- Oversee strategic implementation and timely completion of clinical programs while managing budgets and project milestones
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and identify best practices across study teams
- Contribute to clinical study reports, regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs), and safety documentation
- Manage study teams, represent company at professional events, and present clinical initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
