What you'll be doing

Monitor AI and pharmaceutical innovation landscape; proactively identify partnership opportunities from startups, technology platforms, and academic groups
Lead structured evaluation and diligence of external opportunities with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Legal, Compliance, and Business Technology
Design and coordinate pilots, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept studies with defined success criteria and next-step recommendations
Track deal flow, manage partner interactions, and communicate progress and risks to senior leadership and governance forums
Contribute to partnership structures, term sheets, statements of work, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with acquisitions and legal teams
