Role summary

- Lead cross-functional governance participation; present recommendations on technical strategy and trade-offs to sponsors
- Define service-level agreements with providers; track delivery health and hold partners accountable for quality and timelines
- Mentor team members on design standards, testing practices, and automation; drive continuous improvement initiatives
