Role summary

- Expertise in vendor oversight, governance, and quality management systems
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, regulatory requirements, ICH, and GCP
- Demonstrated experience leading teams against service level benchmarks
What you'll be doing
- Direct all data management support activities within functional area across clinical research, pharmacology, and epidemiology studies
- Develop organizational objectives, forecast resource needs, and establish performance improvement measures
- Manage vendor relationships at executive and tactical levels; lead vendor onboarding and quality assurance
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators; oversee sourcing refresh and vendor selection
- Develop career plans, conduct performance appraisals, and provide coaching and mentoring for direct reports
