What you'll be doing

Support cardiac sales directors and global VP in developing market-specific procedure and product strategies
Localize global marketing programs, messaging, and field tools while maintaining compliance and brand standards
Define performance metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness, adoption progress, and ROI
Design scalable processes and standards to improve execution quality, consistency, and cross-market efficiency
Partner with regional teams to drive alignment and build learning loops for scaling effective practices
