- Localize global marketing programs, messaging, and field tools while maintaining compliance standards
- Define performance metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness and adoption progress
- Support operating cadence including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and initiative tracking
- Partner with sales directors across China, India, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan on execution and program scaling
