Role summary
Director-level individual contributor role supporting cardiac sales leadership across five Asian markets. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute cardiac procedure and product strategies tailored to China, India, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan markets
- Localize global marketing programs, messaging, and tools while maintaining compliance and clinical standards
- Design performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences to track program effectiveness and adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across sales, clinical, regulatory, training, and market access functions
- Serve as implementation partner to VP Global Cardiac for regional execution of training and KOL development initiatives
