Build and execute integrated talent strategies across succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, and pipeline health
Lead people, organization, and culture strategy for business and enterprise transformations
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on business, talent, culture, and organizational decisions
Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to strengthen decision quality and employee experience
