What you'll be doing

Lead and mentor a team of biochemists, mass spectroscopists, and pharmacologists with guidance and professional development
Own biochemical assay strategy across early discovery programs including design, validation, hit identification, and mechanism-of-action studies
Implement High-Throughput Mass Spectrometry workflows in screening campaigns and assay development
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate biochemical data into actionable program decisions
Establish scientific standards for assay quality, reproducibility, and decision-ready reporting
