What you'll be doing
- Design and execute multi-year benefits strategy for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders on benefits initiatives
- Manage benefits data warehouse, monitor trends, and deliver actionable insights through analytics
- Lead vendor performance oversight, contract renewals, and M&A benefit integration activities
- Oversee U.S. absence management programs and guide global benefit partner capability development
