Role summary
iRhythm seeks a Director to lead enterprise AI strategy and transformation, moving artificial intelligence from experimental phases into secure, scalable production environments. - 7+ years professional Python experience with PySpark, PyTorch, Scala, FastAPI proficiency
- 12 years technology industry experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience building AI products supporting healthcare decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute AI platform roadmap aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Lead AI initiatives from discovery through production launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Architect and scale AI applications using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, and workflow orchestration
- Establish standards for reliability, security, privacy, testing, monitoring, and cost control
- Build business cases, governance playbooks, and lead team growth with strategic vendor partnerships
