Role summary
Senior leader responsible for building and directing an AI-first manufacturing innovation organization at Amgen India. The Director will establish strategy, delivery models, and governance to accelerate digital and data capabilities across the global manufacturing network while maintaining GxP compliance and operational excellence.

- Lead portfolio of digital and data-enabled capabilities using AI-first approach while ensuring compliance and responsible use
- Establish repeatable delivery lifecycle from concept through multi-site deployment with clear readiness gates
- Build, hire, and develop high-performing team in India with clear performance expectations and capability development
- Ensure scaled solutions are sustained with strong adoption discipline, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
