Role summary

- Design, develop, and manage data warehouses, portals, and dashboards; oversee complete data pipeline from intake through end-user reporting
- Perform complex data analysis to identify inefficiencies, develop insights, and recommend process and policy improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams through training and mentorship to drive adoption of analytics solutions and self-service models
- Lead process improvement initiatives and provide strategic problem-solving expertise with stakeholders
