Johnson & Johnson seeks Development Engineering interns for a summer program (May-August 2027) in Cincinnati supporting Global Technical Operations and Supply Chain within MedTech. Three full-time positions available for students to gain hands-on experience in product development and manufacturing processes.

Collect, analyze, and report supply chain project data accurately and timely
Develop tools and systems to improve process efficiency
Interact with external suppliers on technical projects and process improvements
Execute process development protocols and gather data using advanced analytics
Document processes and communicate business issues to management
