What you'll be doing

Support implementation and consistency of partner governance framework across North American sites
Monitor partner performance against contractual KPIs, service levels, and compliance requirements
Coordinate governance forums, performance reviews, and corrective action tracking with cross-functional teams
Support identification and execution of productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives
Facilitate partner onboarding, transitions, and operational stabilization activities
