Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of master file updates from internal and external sources
- Resolve assigned database file code exceptions through setup and maintenance activities
- Verify daily maintenance work and apply corrections as needed
- Monitor data for trends in monthly and quarterly client information
- Maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with rules and protocols
