- Define and execute commercial analytics roadmap aligned to therapeutic area strategic priorities
- Lead delivery of patient and HCP analytics including segmentation, targeting, and engagement effectiveness models
- Establish measurement frameworks for campaign and engagement impact with test-and-learn approaches
- Partner with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments
- Lead and mentor data science team; set standards for analytical rigor and delivery excellence
