Role summary
This clinical development role leads end-to-end data management for clinical trials, ensuring high-quality and timely data delivery. - Doctorate degree, or Master's plus 2 years life science experience, or Bachelor's plus 4 years relevant experience
- Preferred: 5 years life sciences experience including 3 years biopharmaceutical clinical trial work
- Experience managing external vendors such as CROs and specialized service providers
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions
What you'll be doing
- Lead study-level data management with accountability for quality, delivery, and global cross-functional alignment
- Develop and execute Data Management Plan and Integrated Data Review Plan aligned to protocol strategy
- Oversee database build, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities with design and acquisition teams
- Monitor study data metrics including eCRF entry, query aging, and reconciliation status to ensure on-time delivery
- Drive data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, and prepare database for lock
