Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Redshift, S3) and ETL processes preferred
Python and/or SQL data analysis skills preferred

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to identify data needs and align with commercial analytics objectives
Conduct Voice of Customer assessments and translate findings into documented product and functional requirements
Break down Epics into Features and User Stories; define Acceptance Criteria and traceability to product goals
Support backlog refinement, PI Planning, product roadmap development, and user journey creation with development teams
Investigate and document data quality issues and end-to-end data pipeline designs for resolution by engineering
