This individual contributor role focuses on designing and deploying connected data solutions that leverage information modeling, knowledge graphs, and generative AI to address operational challenges in a regulated environment. The architect will develop intelligent systems combining structured and unstructured data with modern platforms like AWS and Databricks, translating business problems into scalable, production-ready AI products while ensuring compliance and responsible implementation.

What they're looking for

Doctorate degree OR Master's/Bachelor's with 5-8 years in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Information Science
Hands-on experience designing and developing knowledge graphs and generative AI applications
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, transformation, and enterprise system integration
Working experience with Databricks or comparable data and AI platforms
Knowledge of graph-based platforms such as Stardog or GraphDB
Understanding of FAIR data principles in enterprise and pharmaceutical environments
Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks including EU AI Act

What you'll be doing

Design and deploy connected data solutions integrating information modeling, knowledge graphs, and generative AI for business challenges
Build intelligent systems combining structured and unstructured data with semantic models to improve automation and decision support
Develop proof-of-concept solutions and transition them into scalable, enterprise-ready data products
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions
Establish best practices in connected data, semantic modeling, and data product scaling across the organization
