Role summary
Senior Finance Manager position in Algiers leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Maghreb cluster. Reports to the MEA Finance Director and General Manager, providing financial analysis and strategic support across business units while managing a finance team.

- 6+ years of experience in similar finance role within international environment
- Proficiency in accounting, budgeting, and planning
- Fluent English and French (written and oral); Arabic highly preferred
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- MBA or specialized finance studies preferred
- SAP FI/CO or BI systems experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead business planning and financial analysis including forecasting and scenario modeling
- Oversee monthly sales forecasts, cost and revenue monitoring across multiple timeframes
- Coordinate budget preparation, consolidation, and variance analysis reporting
- Manage finance team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and coordinate with business units and supply chain
