Role summary
Abbott seeks a Customer Service Specialist to handle order entry, customer inquiries, and support for Abbott Vascular products. The role manages purchase orders, processes returns, resolves complaints, and serves as a primary contact between customers and internal teams.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, faxes, and communications with customers
- Manage full purchase order intake process via phone, email, or fax
- Field customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, inventory, returns, and account status
- Process returned goods authorizations and resolve order entry errors
- Serve as main point of contact between customers, field staff, accounting, and shipping
Compensation$16.45–$32.95/hour
