- Maintain Customer Experience Center operations, ensuring brand-aligned displays and demonstration readiness
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and workflows with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Applications teams
- Manage demo inventory, tracking and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments for North American marketing events
- Collect customer feedback and visit metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
