GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist with CT certification to provide clinical education and training support to customers from pre-sale through post-implementation. - Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and deliver digital training solutions
- Comfortable working in clinical and patient environments
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain product, clinical, and software knowledge specific to CT modality
- Provide pre-sale clinical evaluations and develop customized training programs aligned with customer agreements
- Deliver on-site and remote clinical education to end-user personnel and achieve high customer satisfaction scores
- Coordinate training delivery with sales, project management, and service teams using integrated account management
- Maintain customer relationships and communicate product concerns or improvement opportunities to management and field teams
Compensation$92,000-$138,000 annual
