Role summary

What you'll be doing

Lead, mentor, and manage 4+ global designers with clear quality and accountability expectations
Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, project assignments, and priority scheduling across organization
Serve as primary prepress specialist, preparing production-ready files and mechanicals for assigned brands
Conduct comprehensive quality-control reviews including bleeds, fonts, color accuracy, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical formatting requirements
Partner with creative, account, and operations teams to forecast workload, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery
