- Review source documents, case report forms, and investigational product records; document findings in timely reports
- Identify site process failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Initiate clinical trial sites, facilitate investigator meetings, and ensure essential documents are complete per ICH-GCP
- Maintain communication between investigative sites, sponsor companies, and project teams; provide status updates and reports
