What you'll be doing

Conduct site monitoring activities on-site and remotely using risk-based approaches
Ensure protocol, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and SOP compliance at investigator sites
Identify, document, escalate, and resolve issues with root cause analysis and CAPA
Maintain audit and inspection readiness; document monitoring activities and follow-up
Support study startup, site initiation, and closeout activities as assigned
