Role summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks Clinical Research Associates to conduct remote and on-site monitoring of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas in the US Southeast. - Bachelor's degree in life science or Registered Nursing certification with equivalent qualification
- 1+ years clinical research monitoring experience or PPD Drug Development Fellowship completion
- 1-2 years on-site traveling monitoring experience required
- Therapeutic experience in oncology, ophthalmology, neurology, cardiology, rare disease, respiratory, obesity, or pulmonary
- Valid driver's license; residence within 60 miles of major airport
- Legally authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
What you'll be doing
- Conduct remote and on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
- Manage clinical trial documentation and procedures across different sponsor monitoring environments
- Ensure trials comply with approved protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigational sites
- Prepare sites for audits and guarantee subject safety and data reliability
