Knowledge of asset criticality, RCM, FMEA, RCA, and predictive maintenance methodologies
Leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites or globally
Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, or SAP Analytics Cloud

What you'll be doing

Lead a global network of site reliability engineers, maintenance leaders, and technical experts
Develop and execute reliability network strategy, goals, and maturity plans across Amgen sites
Convert CMMS data and asset performance insights into corrective actions and equipment improvements
Define and maintain risk-based asset criticality and maintenance strategies across the organization
Partner with technology teams to support Asset Performance Monitoring and PlantPulse deployment and adoption
