What you'll be doing

Manage full contract lifecycle from request through execution, amendment, renewal, and termination
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements using templates
Identify non-standard legal, commercial, or compliance terms and escalate material issues
Administer contract management system including workflows, templates, permissions, and user support
Coordinate cross-functional approvals, signature coordination, filing, and renewal tracking

Compensation$135,000-$145,000 base
