What you'll be doing
- Support vascular DACH team with administrative, contractual, and compliance processes in regulated MedTech setting
- Create, process, and track sponsorship, speaker, and educational grant agreements per regulatory requirements
- Ensure complete documentation of healthcare professional interactions per MedTech Europe Code and Abbott guidelines
- Manage calendar coordination, congresses, workshops, and customer events with Austria focus
- Oversee order, vendor, and invoice management with expense tracking and OPEX documentation
