What you'll be doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value and complex clinical trial contracts including CTAs and CDAs
- Ensure contracts comply with local and international regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with legal, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and finance teams on contractual alignment
- Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, sites, and vendors during negotiation process
- Mentor and guide junior contract specialists on professional development and contract management matters
