Role summary

- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle across commercial, clinical, and operational functions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify objectives and drive agreements to signature
- Maintain contract records, key dates, renewals, and obligations in CLM system for audit readiness
- Support process-improvement initiatives and stay current on contracting practices and automation tools
