What you'll be doing
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using PPI Business System and Lean Six Sigma
- Conduct value stream mapping and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Partner with site leadership and teams to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects
- Develop and deliver lean training and mentoring to teams across the organization
- Track and report improvement project progress, financial savings, and operational impact
