Role summary
This role serves as a primary contact for engaging healthcare professionals in hematology through in-person and virtual interactions. The position focuses on building relationships, communicating science-based product messages, and organizing promotional activities to support appropriate product use and maximize market participation.

- Bachelor's degree and fluent Portuguese language proficiency

- Execute science-based promotional messaging and organize promotional events aligned with product strategy
- Gather customer preferences and manage targeted HCP profiles to deliver personalized engagement experiences
- Plan and conduct HCP interactions using available data and dashboards to optimize engagement outcomes
- Track business results, manage data entry in Pfizer systems, and report progress against territorial KPIs
