Lead spatial transcriptomics method development and implementation across teams and sites
Analyze and integrate diverse genomic datasets including bulk RNA-seq, single-cell profiling, and multiomic data
Perform computational analyses with statistical rigor and create data visualizations to support biological discovery
Author study reports and technical documentation; maintain reproducible, version-controlled analytical workflows
