Advise on healthcare provider interactions, speaker programs, advisory boards, and marketing activities
Identify, assess, and recommend mitigation strategies for legal, regulatory, and ethical risks
Conduct field monitoring including speaker program oversight and sponsorship reviews with coaching support
Monitor evolving healthcare regulations and translate developments into actionable business guidance
