Role summary

Azenta seeks a Compensation Manager to design, administer, and enhance global compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, this role partners across HR, Finance, and business leadership to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices while managing bonus plans, sales incentives, and equity compensation.

What you'll be doing

Design and administer global compensation programs supporting business objectives and pay-for-performance philosophy
Manage bonus plan calculations, accruals, payouts, and sales incentive compensation administration
Lead annual salary review process including budget preparation, system implementation, and approvals
Analyze market data and internal pay practices to assess competitiveness and support recommendations
Manage equity compensation administration, reporting, and compliance activities with Legal partnership
