Role summary
Abbott seeks an experienced Commercial Quality Manager to lead quality and compliance functions across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands within the Infectious Disease division. - Strong QMS, CAPA, risk management, and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Manage internal, supplier, and external audit programs including preparation and follow-up activities
- Lead post-market quality activities including recalls, advisory notices, and product holds
- Drive CAPA and quality improvement initiatives to resolve quality issues effectively
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Commercial Quality team with clear accountability
