Role summary

- Monitor and report outbound metrics (OTS, OTC) to leadership and drive process improvements
- Partner with field sales and supply chain teams to optimize inventory efficiency and resource deployment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GDP standards, and quality audits for patient safety
