Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
CRM platform experience (Salesforce preferred) and ERP system knowledge

Partner with commercial leadership to drive business performance through planning and forecasting processes
Optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and commercial teams
Lead distributor and channel performance management through governance, business reviews, and data-driven insights
Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives using Danaher Business System principles
