Role summary
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Commercial Operations Associate to manage the order-to-invoice cycle, including order processing, quotations, invoicing, and customer coordination. What you'll be doing
- Execute complete order-to-invoice cycle including validation, entry, amendments, and invoice closure
- Prepare and send accurate customer quotations and proforma invoices within agreed timelines
- Process transactions accurately in Oracle and ServiceMax with error prevention checks
- Monitor open orders, resolve holds, and proactively liquidate backlog with clear follow-up
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to improve on-time delivery
