Role summary
Senior commercial leadership role overseeing market access strategy and biosimilars portfolio growth across Poland, the Baltics, and Nordic markets. Responsibilities include tender management, pricing strategy, formulary access, and full regional P&L ownership across multiple therapeutic areas.

- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or Economics
- 7–10+ years pharmaceutical commercial or market access experience in the region
- Proven track record in biosimilars and tender-driven environments
- Deep knowledge of Polish NFZ system and Baltic healthcare markets
- Experience leading matrix or indirect teams such as distributors
- Fluent in English and Polish; Baltic language skills advantageous
What you'll be doing
- Lead market access and tender strategy across Poland, Baltics, and Nordic markets
- Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies aligned with regulatory frameworks
- Drive formulary inclusion and therapeutic switching within hospitals and national programs
- Manage regional P&L and forecasting for sustainable growth and cost control
- Build KOL relationships across immunology, oncology, haematology, and ophthalmology
Compensation303,000–570,000 annually base pay
