Abbott seeks a Commercial Finance Supervisor to support financial performance and accountability within the commercial organization based in Jakarta, Indonesia. - Financial governance, compliance, and internal controls understanding
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and monitor trade discount reports; conduct monthly commitment and budget alignment reviews
- Execute open PO reviews and OPEX monitoring with variance analysis and risk identification
- Maintain internal controls through overbudget checker tools and month-end closing support
- Distribute withholding tax slips and oversee trading term utilization with distributors
- Collaborate with CCD, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting on trade spend accuracy and compliance
